LDF Annual Monitoring Reports
Every local planning authority is required to publish an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) each year containing information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS), the progress and effectiveness of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and the extent to which the planning policies set out in the LDF documents are being achieved.
The AMR also contains detailed information to demonstrate a five-year supply of deliverable sites for housing.
