Introduction - Who manages your home?
We have been selling leasehold properties since 1978. During that time changes in legislation and council policy have resulted in amendments to lease formats. This means that, although the leases granted by the council now follow a standard format, there can be variations. These variations particularly affect how the council charges you for services and repairs.
