Performance monitoring in Wandsworth
We publish our Annual Report to residents in October each year. This provides an overview of our performance for the year to 31 March.
In addition, we provide quarterly performance information to our Area Housing Panels.
There are three main groups of performance information which we monitor on a regular basis. These are local performance measures, as above, and top line and national performance indicators. The last two types of performance indicators (PIs) are also sometimes referred to as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
