Performance monitoring in Wandsworth
Each year the Housing Department publishes an annual report to residents which includes a summary of the previous year's activity and performance information in key areas of service delivery accompanied by a commentary.
This annual report is published as part of the special edition of Homelife which is the Council's newsletter for Council residents.
