Householder appeals

Householder applications are those which involve development of an existing dwellinghouse, or development within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse, for a purpose which is incidental to the enjoyment of a dwellinghouse.

For householder applications submitted from 6 April 2009, the time limit for applicants to submit an appeal is 12 weeks from the date of the decision notice or determination giving rise to the appeal.
