Before you start working for us

If you are successful after your interview, you will be sent a conditional offer of employment letter.

Pre-employment checks

We will need to complete some pre-employment checks as part of any offer.

These include:

  • Pre-employment health declaration
  • Employment references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • DBS check (if applicable)
  • Qualifications (if applicable)

Probationary policy

All new entrants to Richmond and Wandsworth will be subject to a probationary period.
