Information on Estate Services
Estate services are part of the Housing Management Division. They provide a wide range of services to around 33,000 council tenanted and leasehold properties. Estate Services officers are easily identified by their distinctive green uniform and drive liveried green vehicles.
Estate Services team are responsible for:
- Monitoring estate cleaning and gardening contracts
- Handling repairs to communal areas on estates
- Tackling anti-social behaviour
- Letting of garages and storage sheds on estates
- Traffic management on estates
- The graffiti removal service
Are you aware that Wandsworth has a free graffiti removal service? Where graffiti is found to be racist, religious or sexist abuse, the council will remove it within 24 hours. If the graffiti takes the form of tagging, we aim to remove it within 3 days.
