Who cannot log repairs online

Tenants of a Housing Association/CO-OP/Residents' Management Organisation or a Tenants' Management Organisation cannot log repairs directly with the council using the online services. You can only report repairs via your local Housing Association/CO-OP/RMO or TMO office.
