Woking Close Consultation
Re-development of garage site at Woking Close
Some time ago developers obtained permission to build retirement homes and underground parking on the current garage site at Woking Close.
Unfortunately due to funding issues the development was unable to proceed. The Council has now instructed architects to explore alternative designs for this site and to this end a consultation meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 10 May 2011 where plans for a number of proposed schemes will be on display and officers will be available to answer any questions.
