Adult Social Services and our partners provide a range of health and social care services for people with community care needs. This includes:
- People with learning disabilities
- People with mental health problems
- People whose ability to perform everyday activities is limited by a permanent physical disability
- Sensory impairment or long-standing illness and older people
Adult Care Information Service (ACIS)
The Adult Care Information Service (ACIS) connects people living in Wandsworth to information, advice and services from the council other organisations.

Our offices and the Access Team are located at 90 Putney Bridge Road. The Community Learning Disability Team is based at the Joan Bicknell Centre (Springfield Hospital).
