For council tenants, first time buyers who live in Wandsworth and key workers who work in the Borough, the Home Ownership Team is here to take the anxiety out of home buying.

Please note

From Monday 28 May, the Home Ownership team reception is moving. All enquirers should report to the main Town Hall reception and an officer will come and see you.

Home ownership application form

This form covers all schemes except Right to Buy. You only need to complete one form to be assessed for all schemes.

If you wish to join our schemes with your partner or with a family member then they will need to complete the Joint Application Form.
