September Guarantee survey
Every young person who reaches the age of 16 or 17 in any given academic year is entitled to an offer of a suitable place, by the end of September, to continue in education, employment or training the following year.
We are required by the Department for Education (DfE) to check that 16 year olds who are educated in Wandsworth schools, and 17 year olds who live in Wandsworth, have an offer of learning for the start of the new academic year in September.

Use of your information
We collect information to deliver our statutory duty in relation to the participation of young people in education, training, or employment.
The legal basis for this is GDPR Article 6 (1e): Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Local Authority.
