Due to a problem with our systems, access to document images on applications received between 1985 and mid 2000 are currently not available via the main system, however these images can also be accessed using the pre 1985 system.

Further advice on entering search criteria
The simplest way to find a single record is to search by Application Number. Recent application numbers will have references such as 2004/0100, but applications prior to November 1999 will have references either in the format S/97/0656 or 98/N/0234.
Dates should be entered in the format "DD-MM-YYYY", e.g. 21-05-2001.
The '... Date To' fields can be left blank - this will automatically default to today's date.
Values can be entered in more than one field if required e.g. Street Name of "high" and Proposal of "porch", will return any applications where the Street Name contains the word "high" and the Proposal contains the word "porch".
Full Postcodes should be entered in full with spaces, e.g. SW18 2PU (not SW182PU).
None of the fields are case sensitive so an entry of either "HIGH", "High" or "high" will return the same results.
Application type can only be selected once you have chosen either Planning or Building Control applications from the Record Type box.
If the full address is known, use the Property Number and Street Name boxes to locate the application. However, if only a portion of the address is known, type this into the Site Address box. However, please note that if there is an application for multiple addresses, this method will be unsuccessful. For large developments or commercial sites, we suggest using Mapping Wandsworth to locate applications.
