Lost dog reporting

If you have lost your dog you should fill provide as much information as possible below. This will assist our officers in identifying your dog when they are dealing with lost and stray dogs.

This report will be submitted directly to the Wandsworth Dog Control Service - on receipt of which a member of staff will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
