Application for Single Occupancy Discount

To qualify for a single person's discount based on the fact that you are the only person aged 18 or over living at your property, please complete the declaration in the following form. 

You should tell the Council Tax Service immediately of any change in your circumstances, which may affect your entitlement to the single person's discount.

This authority is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers, and to this end may use the information you have provided on this form for the prevention and detection of fraud. It may also share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
