Design awards 2009

We are inviting nominations for our award scheme - the Wandsworth Design Awards - first launched in 1999. The awards aim to give public recognition to recent local building projects which make a positive contribution to the local environment and set a good example to others.

Suggestions can be made for all types of development including:

Projects should have been completed since 1 January 2005.

Awards will recognise the quality of design, the principles of sustainable design and construction, inclusive design, the suitability of materials, craftsmanship and innovation, and how well alterations relate to existing buildings and new buildings relate to their surroundings.
