Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can’t I have what I want on a grave?

Answer:

When you buy a new grave, you are not buying the ownership of the land, you are buying the rights to have burials take place in that grave. These rights are 'granted', together with the rights to erect a memorial on the grave, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the cemetery, and every cemetery has different rules. It is very important that you contact the cemetery office and ask about the choices and options available.
