Q: Can I recycle bottle tops?
Answer:
Please remove lids and tops from bottles and jars before recycling them.
Bottle tops fall through gaps in machinery at the recycling facility and get into the crushed glass stream. If this happens extra time and energy is needed to remove them from the glass later on.
