Q: When can I expect to get a decision on my planning application?
Answer:
We will try to deal with your application within 8 weeks although this is not always possible. We will also give you a target date for dealing with the application when we acknowledge it, which will be less than 8 weeks, although this can later change if, for example, amendments are needed or it is difficult to arrange access to the site. If we do not expect to be able to deal with it within 8 weeks we will explain the reasons to you.?
