We will publicise your application and ask the views of neighbours before making a decision. The application and documents will also be placed on the website so that the public can view them. Your application will also be available for inspection at the Town Hall. For some applications, we may ask other specialist organisations for comments, for example English Heritage will be consulted on proposals to alter historic buildings. Other organisations we often consult include local amenity societies and resident's associations.
