Q: How do I comment on a planning application?

Answer:

You can comment using the 'Find a planning application' part of this website, or by email.

On our website, first find the application. Then click on 'View related documents'. If the application is still open for consultation, then at the top of the screen on the right-hand side will be a link which says 'Comment on application'.

Comments should be submitted as soon as possible, although the council will take into account any representations received up to the date it makes a decision. You may also want to read about confidentiality before making a comment.
