Q: Why can't I access the library catalogue?

Answer:

The library service's catalogue is located at: www.londonlibraries.gov.uk/wandsworth

  • If you are using a 'favourites' or 'bookmark' in your browser, check that the link points to the current web address above.
  • The link to the catalogue can be found on the library web pages at www.wandsworth.gov.uk/libraries.
  • You may not be able to access the catalogue when using an Internet connection at your workplace which goes through a proxy server or is protected by a firewall that blocks traffic on port 8008. If this is the case, please check with your IT administrator. They may need to make configuration changes to allow you to connect to our server.
  • Some Internet Service Providers block access to the catalogue and renewal service online. If you have access to an alternative Internet Service Provider you may wish to try them. Alternetively, you could contact your Internet Service Provider and ask if they would allow traffic to our online services which use port 8008.
