Answer:

Access to the Internet is available through terminals at every Wandsworth library. This service is free but advance booking is usually required.

Free WiFi access is also available at Balham, Battersea, Putney, Tooting and Wandsworth Town Libraries.  Please ask a member of staff for more information and a password if you would like to use this service.
