Answer:

Prior to the running of a pilot scheme in central Tooting, the local business network, town centre manager and all major waste carriers operating in the borough were involved in the consultation process. Our representatives attended meetings in each town centre prior to implementation.

Q: I have just bought 150 refuse bags from my supplier and they say they cannot collect during the time banding. What should I do?
