We have a person on duty at all times to deal with potentially dangerous buildings and structures. If necessary, we may have the immediate danger removed by our own contractors. The cost of removal is recovered from the owners.

020 8871 6000 when the office is closed
Please do not email us to report a dangerous structure. Messages are only checked during office hours.
