Answer:
Details of alleged breaches of planning control being investigated by the Council are made available on this website. In order to protect personal information and in line with advice from the Information Commissioner's Office details of the person making the complaint and the person(s) who may be responsible for the alleged breach are not published. A complainant's identity will not be revealed even if a request was made under the provisions of the Freedon of Information Act.
