Health Tips for the Year Ahead at StudioRCA

Drop into this interactive poetry installation to pick up some tips and inspiration.

As we approach a new year, take time to turn to 3,000 years of poetry for some advice, humour, solace and wisdom.

Surround yourself with poems writ large on the walls, take time to listen to some poetry vinyl and self-medicate from the poetry prescriptions as you explore the installation.

Don't miss Christmas carols, mince pies and poems on December 14.

Opening times:

  • Thursday, 3pm-9pm
  • Friday, 12pm-6pm
  • Saturday, 12pm-6pm
  • Sunday 11am-5pm

The installation is conceived and curated by Helen Eastman and Anna Bruder and inspired by a poem by NJ Hynes.
