Find some healthy living inspiration to help you live well and feel great at the Share Community Plant Sale and Healthy Living Community Day

Visit one of a range of healthy living stalls with great advice and tips on how to get you more active and eating well. 

Plus free exercise taster sessions, free cycling with Bikeworks, music, refreshments and healthy street food and a chance to buy bedding, veg and herbs from the garden.

Old York Road Unplugged

The popular community street party returns.

The family fun day showcases the street's impressive and diverse selection of independent restaurants and stores. 

Highlights include:

  • Live acoustic music
  • Street food 
  • Rad cask ales
  • Children's activities
  • Stalls selling arts, crafts, jewellery and clothing

Motorists are advised that the street will be closed to traffic from 7am to 9pm. Residents who need to use their vehicles during this period will be able to enter and exit the area via other adjoining roads. Buses will be diverted via Swandon Way. 

The event is organised by the Wandsworth Town Business Improvement District and managed by ThinkEvents London.

Breaking Barriers are looking for volunteers to help refugees find the employment they deserve.

Breaking Barriers are looking for volunteers to help refugees find the employment they deserve. Our team of Advice and Guidance volunteers use their own experiences of working in the UK to help clients achieve their career aspirations, supporting and being part of their journey to meaningful employment.

This volunteer role requires just a couple hours of commitment per week, but has a genuine and meaningful impact on the lives of refugees.

Screening/induction days for new volunteers will take place on:

We are looking for volunteers who can:
• Complete two hour appointments on Thursdays between 10am to 5pm
• Commit to four sessions per month for three months
