Get dancing outdoors in Nine Elms
Join rehearsals for an outdoor performance inspired by the public sculptures in the area.
If you are aged 17 and over, you could join other performers interested in working alongside professional dancers as part of Outer Limits: summer of public art in Nine Elms.
Dancer and choreographer Lorraine Roberts is seeking people to take part in a new contemporary dance work with five weekly workshops running through August.
The final performance will take place at Circus West Village, Battersea Power Station, during the afternoon of Saturday 25 August 2018.
Sign up if you are interested in dance, spoken word and learning new skills and collaboration. Participants will be selected on a first-come-first served basis and rehearsal times confirmed based on ability.

Tooting Folk and Blues Festival
The popular free family-friendly festival is back for its fourth year.
Showcasing the very best emerging folk and blues musicians in south London - there will be live music across the day, local street food traders, a bar provided by Sambrook's Brewery and much more.
The event is funded by the Wandsworth Grant Fund and sponsored by Sambrook's Brewery.

Create and display sculpture with a professional
Learn how to make and present sculpture in a three-day free workshop as part of a summer of art in Nine Elms.
Interested in making your own sculpture under the watchful eye of a professional? Artist & sculptor Kathy MacCarthy is leading a three-day workshop inspired by the public sculpture around Nine Elms.
As part of Outer Limits: summer of public art in Nine Elms, you can learn how to make and present sculpture and also create your own work to temporarily situate next to existing artworks located in the area.
The workshop is open to anyone aged 14 and over, and is ideal for those with an interest in pursuing art at GSCE level or above.

The workshop will be held from 10am-3pm at the ROSE Centre, SW8.
