Broadwater School Sports Fair

A chance for children and parents to sample different sporting activities in one place.

Get a passport and collect as many stamps as possible. You get a stamp every time you try an activities. There will be prizes for the most active children. 

As well as sports providers, there will be a health arena featuring Tooting Leisure Centre, a local dentist, chiropractor and acupuncturist. You can also enjoy healthy food - some of it made by the children in the School Sports Council.   The event is open to all local schools in the area.  Passports are £2 each and are available on the day. 

CLCH Community Engagement Event

Central London Community Healthcare provides sexual health and health visitor services for Wandsworth people.

It is holding an event so that service users can help shape a new Patient and Public Engagement Strategy.

It wants to hear people's views on how it can involve and engage with local people better. Light refreshments will be provided.

MoonWalk London

The theme for this year's walk is The Wild West, so sign up, put on your bra and raise money and awareness for breast cancer charities.

You can walk either a marathon or half-marathon distance. The nighttime walk starts and ends on Clapham Common and passes through the borough of Wandsworth. 

The entry fee includes a teeshirt, bra, entertainment and other goodies.

Multifaith Tooting Tour

This event organised by BACTA and Summerstown182 is a chance to meet people of different faiths and celebrate Tooting's diversity.

All are invited to join a the walk visiting four or five mosques, churches and temples of different faiths. Walkers will be  welcomed in and will have a chance to view the buildings and be greeted by faith leaders and members.

There will be a commentary on the history of the places on the route and walkers  can find out more about the previous uses of some of the buildings which are now places of worship. There'll be refreshments at the last stop.
