Healthwatch Wandsworth's regular Assembly and Voluntary Sector meetings give local people an opportunity to discuss health and social care topics that are of concern to them
This meeting will be looking a Multispecialty Community Providers, which are designed to make non-urgent health and social care services more available in the community.
Healthwatch collects comments and questions and feeds these back to the service provider so that they can act on them where possible. It also keeps an eye on any ongoing situations so that the best services are available to service users.
Voluntary Sector Form
Come along to hear presentations from several local voluntary and community organisations.
Public Health Wandsworth will be explaining the Prevention Framework, which will be used to promote health and wellbeing of residents in everything the Council and CCG do. It will also be used to guide the way in which the council aims to commission voluntary services in the future.
Plus there will be an introduction to the Community Partnerships team at Wandsworth and Richmond Councils who will talk about the new shared staffing arrangements, and what this might mean for our local voluntary and community organisations
The event will be attended by NHS and council staff who are keen to learn and hear more from the voluntary sector.
