Building Proposals on Display at Burntwood School & Southfields Community College
Burntwood School and Southfields Community College
Wandsworth Council has been awarded Government funding for the enhancement of Burntwood School and Southfields Community College.
Residents are invited to view the school proposals before detailed planning applications are submitted to Wandsworth Council in September 2010.
The school designs will achieve an overall enhancement of sport, leisure and community facilities, offering vastly improved teaching, learning and social environments in high quality, sustainable buildings.
Models and plans of the schemes will be on public display on Thursday 2nd September, 2010 between 2pm and 7pm. Representatives from the schools, Wandsworth Council and Bovis Lend Lease (Wandsworth Council's preferred bidder) will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions and explain more about the projects.
