| Eligibility | The service is for adults with a learning disability and substantial or critical needs according to Fair Access to Care Services criteria. Initial referral is through an Adult Social Services social worker, usually from within Wandsworth Borough though referrals from other boroughs are possible. If eligible, funding will be made available via an individual budget. |
