Council Tax

View your balance and bill in your Council Tax account. You can also set up a Direct Debit and tell us you are moving.

Parking permits

Apply or renew your permit through your parking permit account.

Parking tickets

You need the PCN number and vehicle registration number to pay, challenge or view evidence for a parking ticket.

Rubbish and recycling

Report a missed bin collection or flytipping, book a bulky waste collection, or order recycling sacks.

Street problems

Report a street problem. You can report a pothole, street light problems, traffic signs, paving, bollards, and fly posting.
