You're invited to a Wandle Trust Christmas Cleanup!

When? 11 am to 3 pm, Sunday 11th December Where? Trewint Street, Earlsfield

Meet here!

What to expect

For their Christmas Cleanup the Wandle Trust and volunteers are nipping back to Trewint Street in Earlsfield; their last cleanup through the "Living Wandle Project". You will find them set up on the Wandle Trail just over from the Trewint Street bridge. As it is the festive season, please feel free to dress festive and bring along any festive treats you might like to share.

As always, please arrive in time for a Health and Safety briefing at 11 am. It will then be time to get your waders on (supplied) and work through until 3 pm with a break at about 1 pm for tea, coffee and refreshments provided by the Wandle Trust.  You may like to bring your own picnic lunch.

What to wear and what to bring
It is dirty work, so we recommend you wear old clothes and sturdy footwear such as walking boots or wellies. You may wish to bring a change of clothes in case you get wet!

How to get there
The nearest station is Earlsfield, a short walk away from Trewint Street. There are also plenty of buses on Garratt Lane, plan your journey with TFL's Route Planner.  If you get lost on the day, call Polly on 07833 497599.

Lend an extra helping hand? Do some baking?
If you would be willing to take a shift in the Event Tent and/or bring some home baking to share, please email the Wandle Trust!
