A Change of Name by Deed is an official document needed to change your name legally. 

It is recognised by all official government departments, companies and organisations and will therefore allow you to change your name on your passport, bank accounts and other official documents in the United Kingdom.

This service is currently provided by our Register Office; however, from 1 April 2013 we will no longer be providing a Change of name Deed Service.
