Social services - needs assessment

If you think you need community care services, we will offer you an assessment to find out what you need help with and to suggest ways to assist you.

If someone provides a lot of help to you on a regular basis, we will offer them their own assessment, called a carer's assessment.

If we don't think you need community care services, we can still give you information and point you in the direction of others who may be able to help.
