A borough-wide service for residents who need support to live in their own homes, whether due to ill health or fear of crime. Telecare is a system that includes a variety of sensors linked to a 24hr response centre in Wandsworth. One of the emergency workers will contact your GP, nominated relative or emergency services if necessary.
