When we assess your needs with you we will:

• Identify risks to your independence, health and safety, daily routines and community involvement
• Assess your financial situation
• Consider any additional needs such as language differences, cultural or religious background, any disability or illness, responsibility for dependants, age, gender or sexuality where appropriate.
