If you wish to organise your own care at home, you can do this by contacting a care agency. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has the details for all care agencies that meet certain standards and are inspected by CQC to ensure they provide their services properly.

Age UK can help with arranging care services, or you can contact the Access Team if you wish to have an assessment to see if you are eligible for support from Adult Social Services.
