Libraries - Late return charges
There are no charges for borrowing books provided they are returned or renewed before the date given for return. For borrowing recorded music, talking books, language courses, videos and DVDs there is a fee unless you have exemption.
Wandsworth Council reviews the fees and charges every year, and the rates are prominently displayed in every library from 1 January.
