By telepone: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. At the one stop counter, Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension: Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm. To arrange a time outside of these hours telephone 020 8871 7620 to make an appointment.
