Licences - Auction premises

Premises being used for sales of goods by competitive bidding must be registered with the authority under the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984.

Before registering the premises we will consider the suitability of the premises, and whether the applicant is a fit and proper person to conduct or manage such sales.
