With its beautiful views over the lake, Pump House Gallery offers an unusual and relaxing venue for civil wedding ceremonies or civil partnerships and receptions for up to 70 guests in stunning parkland yet a short distance from central London. Couples may choose to follow their ceremony with a reception or drinks at the gallery or to continue the celebrations elsewhere. Set on the lakeside within 200 acres of urban greenery, there is plenty of scope for fabulous photographic backdrops.
You will have sole use of the building and out door terrace. The venue has standing capacity for a maximum of 70 guests throughout the building or an intimate dinner for 24 can take place in any of the rooms (3 round tables seating 8 guests at each). A marquee can be erected on the forecourt of the gallery allowing all the guests to be seated for a meal or dance the evening away (this does not increase guest capacity). Music may be played on our CD system (e.g. for the arrival of the Bride, during the signing of the register and during drinks / reception if requested). We will arrange the ceremony room with table/s (covered with white tablecloths), ring cushion (optional) and up to 24 chairs. We are happy to discuss other proposals you may have. An hour should be set aside at the beginning and end of the hire period for setting up and clearing up/vacating the building. Dancing and smoking may take place outdoors or in marquees only. All clients are required to take out Event Insurance and provide us with a copy for our records ahead of the event date.

An initial 30 minute consultation with the PHG Events Co-ordinator, followed by another a few days before the event is recommended. All consultations are by appointment.
