 The Events Arena is our major events site in Battersea Park.
The Events Arena is an enclosed, three acre tarmac site offering client privacy and control. With full vehicle access, electricity, water and services on site it makes the ideal location for the discerning organiser of major events.
The Events Arena site is suitable for a diverse range of events. In the summer it is popular for cultural and sporting events, festivals and circuses . In the winter season a large marquee structure is erected which is ideal for themed parties, conferences, trade fairs and art shows.
The site offers:
- Three acre tarmac site
- Completely fenced and gated
- On site mains electricity
- On site mains water
- On site mains sewage
- BT connection points
- On site security surveillance cameras
- Central London location
- Parking for 100-150 cars on site plus 1000 car parking spaces throughout the park
- Parks Police Constabulary office located in the park, open 24 hrs 7 days a week

To book an event in the Events Arena
Throughout July and August, Wandsworth Council hire out the three acre open air site for public and private summer events. To book an event, please contact Alison Smith at Wandsworth Council on 020 8871 7534 or email asmith@wandsworth.gov.uk.
To book an event in the Battersea Evolution super-structure
In September each year a 5,500m2 super-structure, the Battersea Evolution, is built on the Events Arena site. This high tech structure is owned by a private company, Battersea Park Events Arena, who hire it out for events from September to June.
