Unwanted vehicles Should you want to surrender a vehicle, please send a letter to Mr. D Gray, or complete the form below, giving us permission to dispose of your vehicle and explaining where the vehicle is parked. We will also need the main part of the registration document. If you do not have the registration document, the MOT certificate, DVLA tax reminder, or a copy of the insurance certificate will suffice as proof of ownership. Please also enclose a key for the drivers door. These items should be sent or taken to Abandoned Vehicles, Frogmore House, Frogmore Complex, Dormay Street, SW18 1EY, and once they have been received, your vehicle should then be removed within 5 days. If the vehicle can still be driven, it would greatly assist us if it could be driven into the depot anytime between 7.30am and 4pm.
