London Overground closures
From Monday 1 September until Sunday 16 November 2008, Network Rail are carrying out extensive engineering works on the London Overground network. Find out more.

Roadworks for the week commencing - 7 September 2008

Bellevue Road SW17 Scotiagas (SGN) have started long-term works (approximately 6 months) to replace major gas pipes in the highway. Local diversions will be in operation. These works will extend into St James Drive. (Engineer Tel No 0208 684 5600)

Eardley Road SW16 Thames Water has started long-term works (approximately 6 months) to replace Victorian water mains in the road. The road is closed from the railway bridge to Streatham Vale. Traffic is being diverted via the A23.

Wimbledon Park Road SW19 New pedestrian crossing is being constructed. The road will be closed for one day on the 10th of September 2008. Local diversions will be signposted. (Engineer Tel No 0208 871 6686/8294).

Blakenham Road j/w Lessingham Road SW17 Raised table work at the junction from Monday to Friday so that a traffic calming measure can be constructed. (Engineer Tel No 0208 871 8210)

Bedford Hill SW12 Carriageway Re-surfacing work. Temporary lane closures. Traffic to be directed via temporary traffic lights. (Engineer Tel No 0208 871 8294)
