Redevelopment of the Business Village proposed: a scheme to redevelop this industrial site in Broomhill Road on the edge of Wandsworth town centre has been submitted to the Council.  Proposals include the phased demolition of all buildings on site and their replacement with buildings of between four and sixteen storeys to provide 10,500 sq ms of office and light industrial space, 209 flats and small scale retail, cafe and creche/nursery, with 120 parking spaces in the basement and new public routes to the town centre and King Georges Park.  For more information contact Toby feltham on 020 8871 6644.  Comments must be received by 6th august 2007.
