Regulations - Application for suspension of parking controls

If you wish to apply for a suspension online, please complete the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible after we have received your application to confirm your suspension and arrange payment, or discuss any problems. It is essential you provide us with a daytime telephone number so we can contact you. If you have not heard within 24 hours, or one working day, please call the Bay Suspension Team.

The prices from 1 April 2007 for arranging a suspension are: (Please note there is no charge for suspensions for weddings or funerals)

If the suspension is in a Controlled Parking Zone: £24 per 5m space for the first day, plus £18.50 per 5m space per day for the second and each subsequent day.

Please note

The number of parking bays requested for the first day must remain the same for all consecutive days.
No refund of fees if suspension cancelled or dates altered due to no fault of the Council.
