The One Stop Reception is open to personal callers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and there is a limited service on Saturdays between 9am and 12pm

For serious problems outside normal office hours (9am to 5pm), such as a large outbreak of food poisoning or serious accidents, you should contact the Council's Emergency Services Officer on the number below. They have access to a senior manager of the Division.
