Seeing someone in person to discuss your bill
You may visit us in person to discuss how to pay or make an arrangement. If you wish to query the validity of the bill, or the amount charged, then we will not be able to help with this and you will need to contact the section from where the bill originates. Please telephone us on the numbers shown below and we will give you the correct contact details.

You may visit the Town Hall Finance Reception between 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. It is best to avoid 12pm to 2pm as this is usually the busiest time and the officer dealing with your case may not be available to help you.

It is also advisable to make an appointment by calling one of the following telephone numbers:

  • (020) 8871 6298 – home/day care charges in arrears
  • (020) 8871 6299 – service charges/major works in arrears
  • (020) 8871 6298 - other accounts in arrears
