What to do if you have a query
To query a charge please contact us as soon as possible. We will refer it to the originating department to make further checks and you will be advised of the outcome of their investigation. You should keep a copy for your own records and write the account or invoice number, your full name and address, and daytime telephone number on any correspondence you send to us.
