Local land charges - Search fees 2008/2009
We have recently undertaken a costing exercise in compliance with the above regulations and consequently the following fees will be charged from 1st April 2008, until further notice:
- The fee for processing a standard search (LLC1 and Con 29) in Wandsworth from 1st April 2008 will be £233.
The fee for processing the Con 29 Part 1 Supplementary Enquiries will be £213.00, subject to review in the light of further Government guidance or regulation.
